downloading through the PDF file format links above. If you get in
contact with
us as you go through the application process we will be more than pleased to pray and help you through the application process
with any aid we can offer.
There are two files above. The CDTS application is the main application
for the course. The references form will need to be filled out by 3 different persons refering the applicant(s) to the school.
It is necessary to submit the appropriate processing fees for any review of applications to the school. Thank you and may
